45 mins Theory - Introduction to what BlazePod is, App set up and the light logics.
45 mins Practical - Practical demonstrations of BlazePod.
30 mins Session planning - Build your own practical session plan / activity.
60 mins Session delivery - Deliver activity / session to peers

How can I integrate BlazePods into my session?
What are the benefits of BlazePod and how do they develop my players?
