COVID-19 Plan B

Hampshire FA’s COVID-19 Plan B Update

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement earlier this week, Hampshire FA’s CEO, Neil Cassar, has confirmed the following actions which will commence on 13 December 2021:

  • Hampshire FA staff to observe the guidance to work from home where possible to do so
  • All Hampshire FA sites – Winklebury Football Complex, Stoneham Lane Football Complex and Front Lawn Community Hub will remain open
  • Face masks to be worn by staff and visitors at ALL sites when indoors unless eating or drinking (from the 10th December 2021)

If you need to communicate with a member of staff, please see HERE for a full list of contact details.

For all Safeguarding enquiries, please continue to send your communications to Safeguarding@HampshireFA.com or see the website page HERE

There is currently no impact on the playing of grassroots football. DCMS (Department for Culture, Media & Sport) are currently working together with sport organisations on further clarification and questions regarding the latest guidance. Any updates impacting grassroots football will be communicated through to our leagues, clubs and participants.

Due to the rising number of cases and the new variant, please remember the importance of all grassroots participants reading and following Government and FA guidance.
