Hampshire FA's Play On Leagues are a casual and flexible way to participate in adult female football. League fixtures typically take place midweek and are either shorter, or less frequent than ordinary weekend league fixtures, meaning less commitment is required.

You can get involved in a Play On League as an individual looking to join a team, or as a full team looking to join one of our leagues below.

Starting Friday 15th September

• 7-A-Side
• Fixtures every 3-4 weeks on Fridays.
• Kick-off times: 7:10pm, 8:10pm
• 40-Minute Matches
• £45 entry per team, then £45 per team per match
• Matches played at Stoneham Lane Football Complex
