The aim of this event is to create a safe and fun environment where LGBTQ+ individuals can learn more about the coaching pathway, network with a local club (Cowplain Ladies FC), apply for the FA’s Fully Funded Places bursaries, and potentially build links with existing coaches that could lead to further mentoring opportunities or working opportunities.

Tally Aslam, from Portsmouth Pride, is confirmed as a speaker at the event.

The free workshop focuses on participants aged 16+ who are interested in starting their coaching journey and LGBTQ+ coaches who are interested in mentoring new coaches. More widely, something positive that is worth shouting about to the football community.
