Contents 

Gain insight into developing yourself as a coach, step into an environment with other like-minded individuals, feel comfortable in gender-specific workshops and grasp the chance of liaising with individuals within the Male & Female professional game. 

Hampshire FA’s Youth Network are pleased to welcome you to attend their Developing Young Coaches Event.

This project is designed to support aspiring young coaches take a positive step towards their personal development. There will be a perfect blend of classroom-based and practical activities for all to enjoy, with each section of the day being delivered by our industry professionals, possessing accolades across the professional football game via Pro Football clubs and The FA.

Attendees will have the chance to interact and question our professionals about their experiences and potential exit routes, as well as engage with each other to learn collaboratively.

The structure of the day will see 2 separate groups of males & females work through a carousel approach, this structure was decided to ensure a comfortable and tailored environment was applied to each group.

Following the days event, attendees will be encouraged to engage with our networking section, this period of the day will allow attendees to pursue potential exit routes; club links, course signposting as well as approach individuals on a 1-2-1 basis for Q&A’s.
