Inclusion Advisory Group - Call for Volunteers
Hampshire FA's Inclusion Advisory Group are seeking to recruit new volunteers to help make our beautiful game more inclusive.
The Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG) is an independent body within Hampshire FA whose purpose is to make football inclusive and welcoming for all communities within Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, and Bournemouth.

- Monitor, review and challenge the impact of Hampshire FA’s work across Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Help us make football a game for all by serving all of our communities.
Please, complete the below form to express your interest for the above volunteer position with Hampshire FA's Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG). The form will remain open until the 26th of January 2024.
The IAG will be hosting an online open-evening on the 17th of January 2024. This is a great opportunity to meet the IAG's current members, learn more about Hampshire FA's EDI strategy, and talk through the expectations of the role. If you'd like to attend, please register here.
Shortlisting for this role will be conducted anonymously, any information that can be used to identify you will be removed during the initial review. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an informal discussion around Inclusion and Safeguarding with the IAG Chair, the Community Engagement & Inclusion officer and the Equality Champion on the board of directors. This will take place at the start of February 2024.
We particularly encourage applications from individuals whose voices are currently under-represented within Hampshire and/or our football community, such as women, young people, ethnically diverse individuals, neurodiverse individuals, and people with disabilities.
