Community Insights Research - Help MIND Improve Mental Health Services Across Hampshire

HEH & Andover Mind
Please take part in this short survey.

Havant & East Hants Mind & Andover Mind have teamed up to conduct research, inviting the insights of as many people as possible to help improve their mental health services across Hampshire, with a specific focus on LGBTQ+ individuals & communities and the 16-30 age group.

Collaboratively, they have developed a mental health survey that will help to recommend and then implement positive changes to the way Mind operate across Hampshire, enhancing accessibility and inclusivity for everyone, especially looking at doing so for LGBTQ+ individuals and communities. Mental health needs to be spoken about and awareness raised across Hampshire.

Through doing this, HEH & Andover Mind will be able to then put in place positive changes to help support individuals they have/are/could be working with, in an even better way than they already do. There will also be lots of positive things to shout about on socials regarding helping to improve local mental health services too.

As part of this project, the team has developed a steering group that includes health & wellbeing advisors, mental health counsellors, individuals that have accessed mental health support and members of LGBTQ+ communities. If you would like to join the steering group or know anyone that would, please get in touch: amheresearcher@andovermind.org.uk
