Match Day Referee Coaches Wanted

Hampshire FA are looking for qualified or ex referees to take on the role of a Match Day Referee Coaches at grassroots level in the county.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for qualified or ex referees (Level 6 and above) to take on the role of a Match Day Referee Coach at grassroots level.  This is an additional element to support the development of our grassroots referees who have applied for promotion.

What will you do?

The Match Day Referee Coach is there to help support, guide and nurture any referee on the referee progression pathway, but to also provide new knowledge to help improve the skills already learnt from the Referee’s journey so far.

A match day referee coach is a member of the Referee Workforce who will support the referee to improve their performance and develop as an individual. Match day referee coaches will be allocated to referees who opt into the referee progression pathway.
