Hampshire FA are looking for students to specialise and gain experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Coaching and Workforce Development
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Female Pathway Football Development
• Male Pathway Football Development
• Recreational Football Development

The working hours vary depending on each role, but all total 38.75 hours per week, and for a duration of one full year (September 2023 - August 2024). All roles will require occasional evening and weekend work, with flexible options such as job sharing.

All intern opportunities for the 2023-24 season follow our hybrid working policy, splitting working hours between work-from-home and our Hampshire FA offices at Winklebury Football Complex, Basingstoke, RG23 8BF.
