The final was played at the at Westleigh Park at Havant on 22nd May 2022 and the match was sponsored by Savvy Accountancy Solutions.

A minutes silence was observed before kick-off in memory of Robin Osborne the Hampshire Football Association's President who recently passed away.

Stoneham got off to an early lead in the 9th minute when Sam McLeod won the ball on the edge of the box and scored from close range.

They piled on the pressure and Charles Hawes put in a good run but had his shot well saved by the Hamble 'keeper' William Sansome.

Stoneham went two-up in the 19th minute when Hawes was again prominent, but had his shot saved by the 'keeper' but McLeod was on hand to tuck away the rebound.

Stoneham continued to pile on the pressure when Kyle Podolanski tested the Hamble 'keeper' before McLeod walked in their third goal with the 'keeper' stranded.

This goal seemed to have woken up the Hamble players and they fought back but they did not have much luck in front of the goal.

It looked as if Stoneham were going in at half time four-up when Aiden Farndell looked to have scored but his shot brushed the crossbar and was cleared for a corner.

Hamble clawed their way back into the game in the 45th minute Charlie Shaw scored from an angled shot across the face of the goal and in at the far post.

Stoneham, at this stage still dominated the game with Hawes causing problems for Hamble. He shot just over the bar and in his next attack netted in the 56th minute from close range. Stoneham kept on with their press using the rolling subs very well.

Just before full time Hamble had a goal disallowed for offside and well in to added time Hawes had only the 'keeper' to beat but he saved the goal-bound shot at the expense of a corner which was cleared at the whistle.

The Referee was Sam Wright and he was Assisted by Jacob Simpson and Jack Gaffney. The Fourth Official was Elliott Lyons.

The Player of the Match Award went to Stoneham's Sam McLeod.
