Horris Hill School Scoops Up Sponsorship of Hampshire FA Cups

They become sponsors of the Saturday and Sunday Vases, Trophies and Plates as well as the Faith Cup for the 2021/22 season

Horris Hill School in Berkshire has secured sponsorship of Hampshire FA’s Saturday and Sunday Vases, Trophies and Plates as well as the Faith Cup in a 1-year deal.

Horris Hill School is an all-male independent day and boarding school set in more than 65 acres of countryside in the neighbouring county of Berkshire. The school is equipped with pitches, a golf course, a kitchen garden and woods making it the perfect place for children to exercise their intellectual inquisitiveness, to explore, build self-confidence and awareness all within a safe and encouraging community. The school prides itself on ensuring that every pupil maximises the opportunities available to them to best prepare and develop them for the next stage in their educational journey.

The school established itself in the highest rank of preparatory schools in the world. From this foundation, over 133 years ago, boys have been educated in an unbroken tradition that very few schools can match. Children who have graduated from the school have progressed up the educational ladder and transitioned into senior schools such as Winchester and Eton.

The partnership will see Horris Hill School sponsor the last remaining Hampshire FA county cup competitions for the current season, including the Saturday and Sunday Vases, Saturday and Sunday Trophies, Saturday and Sunday Plates and the Faith Cup.

“We are delighted to welcome Horris Hill School into the Hampshire FA commercial club, which will see the school secure a strong presence across all of the above competitions as lead sponsors. This is a unique partnership and represents the first time we have worked commercially with a school which is an exciting prospect for both organisations. We welcome Horris Hill school as a commercial partner and very much look forward to working with them this season and hopefully beyond” - Neil Cassar, Hampshire FA CEO.

"It is a privilege and a pleasure to be associated with Hampshire FA and to support football in Hampshire. Pupils at Horris Hill School spend over an hour every day on our plentiful sports fields, where we believe they learn just as much as they do in the classroom, so this is especially appropriate." - Dr Steve Bailey, Horris Hill School Headmaster.
