VACANCY: Hampshire Premier Football League Secretary
The Hampshire Premier Football League has a vacancy for a Secretary which it is seeking to fill as soon as possible for the forthcoming season.
The League has been tasked by the Football Association, in co-operation with the Hampshire Football Association, to create and administer a new Pathway system to form a promotion and relegation ladder throughout the County which gives every affiliated Club the same opportunity of advancing through the English Tier System. An exciting project to be involved with.
The Secretary is the first contact for clubs within the League and he/she will be expected to attend all Management meetings and produce minutes of all meetings. The Secretary should have the ability to liaise with Divisional Leagues, the F.A. and Hampshire F.A. and on occasions with other authorities and businesses.
Knowledge of Office to Include Word; Excell and have knowledge of the FA Whole Game System and Fulltime (training can be given) & social media technology would be an advantage.
Previous posts in a League or Club administration would be beneficial but not essential as experienced colleagues will act as mentors.
There is no salary for the post but it is traditional for the League to award an honorarium at the end of the season. All legitimate expenses will also be paid.
This is the ideal opportunity to enter football administration at the bottom of the Pyramid or to progress in football management & Administration.
Please send application and current CV including football experience to John Moody at firstname.lastname@example.org
Interviews will be held with applicants before being accepted into the role.
Closing dates for Applications is the 30th June 2021.
