Havant and East Hants Mind is sharing ways you can continue to support your wellbeing at home!

‘Many of us have had changes to our wellbeing and self-care activities and locations, with some being inaccessible or having changed services. Some of us are finding it harder to reach our support network: family, friends, colleagues and teammates. However, we can still engage in wellbeing activities and conversations at home.

Next week as part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek / #MHAW20 we will be sharing ways you can continue to support your wellbeing at home on our Facebook page, using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Each day this week we will share one aspect of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing; including providing links to relevant resources. Look out for #MindfulMonday, #CharityTuesday, #WednesdayWisdom, #ThrivingThursday and #FriendsOnFriday’ (via LinkedIn)
