With the UEFA Women’s Euros coming to England (and Hampshire!) in 2021, there is a fantastic opportunity to engage and inspire female players of all ages and in all formats of the game.

Hampshire FA are looking for an individual who is passionate about the development of women and girls’ football who will play a key role in supporting The FA’s Gameplan for Growth and Hampshire FA’s Operational Plan to increase female participation.  The successful candidate will be a role model for all women and girls and will be tasked with delivering high quality football coaching sessions and lead delivery on a number of projects and formats of football.

You need to be motivated, able to deliver a high quality programme, work in a team and demonstrate individual initiative. Some experience in sports development would be desirable but not essential.  You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum of FA Level 1 in Coaching football is essential, although FA Level 2 in Coaching Football is desirable.

You will be required to deliver across the county with some evening and weekend work.  There would be potential to split this opportunity across two roles if applicants would prefer to work more locally.
