PhysioSTAR provides high-quality sports therapy and rehabilitation services, focusing on injury treatment, prevention, and rehabilitating patients to their highest functional, occupational, and sport- specific fitness levels. Additionally, the company specialises in massage therapy, offering high quality remedial and sports massage to enhance recovery and alleviate pain for patients.

Founder of PhysioSTAR, Karol Skoczen has put pen to paper to sign a 2-season agreement as the academy’s Official Sports Therapist Partner. PhysioSTAR will be based in the physio room at the state-of-the-art Stoneham Lane Football Complex in Eastleigh and will meet academy students, weekly.

The partnership will offer all students 2-hour consultations, every Thursday, focusing on providing every student with guidance and techniques to ensure that they maximise their potential on and off the pitch. Assessments for injuries that may have occurred during training or matches will also take place during the consultation with guidance on how to treat and recover.

As part of the agreement, educational presentations will be delivered throughout the year to the students to help prepare them for match day.

Discussing the partnership with PhysioSTAR, Hampshire FA Academy Head Coach Joe Lea says:
