Member Services
All clubs and leagues (Secretaries/Chairpersons/Treasurers) can view information relating to outstanding disciplinary cases on member services which is updated minute by minute as the Discipline Department work on the County Administration System processing payments and reports from referees. Member Services is free and easy to use so there is no reason not to make life easier for yourselves! All you need to sign up is your FAN (FA Number) which you can get from your club/league statements or contact Discipline@HampshireFA.com to ask for it.

You will automatically be sent a password to your registered email address to access the system which not only allows you to check discipline but update contact details, advertise for players on the 'find a club' tool used on every County FA and The FA website along with many other useful features.

Match Based Discipline
The FA Council has confirmed that from the start of season 2012/13 all football types, with the exception of small sided football, will receive match based suspensions. The types of football that will now receive match based suspensions are categorized as Saturday, Sunday, Midweek, Youth, Schools, Veterans and Representative Football.
So what does this mean for you?
This new approach will improve the consistency of sanctions throughout all levels of the game across the country and ensure suspensions that are imposed on players are fair and in proportion to the offence they have been charged with.
A match based suspension for a standard charge (straight red card, 2x yellow card) in any of the types of football will only result in a suspension from that type; the individual will be free to participate in all other types during the suspension. The only exception is in the case of misconduct charges which result in suspensions from all football.

If you receive a Misconduct charge (case number ending in M) these do not carry set suspensions. These types of cases are heard by a Discipline Commission who decides on appropriate suspensions and/or a fine.

Response time frames for cases can vary depending on the type of charge, please check the response date on all correspondence received. Below is a brief guide to the response time frames.
Cautions = 14 days to respond
Misconduct Charges = 14 days to respond
Standard Charges = 7 days to respond
Misconduct Charges with a 7 days respond time are as follows as these must be concluded by the County FA within 28 days:
