Hampshire FA are looking to recruit up to 5 committed Coach Education Deliverers to support with CPD delivery for the 24/25 season.

These individuals will be given responsibility to deliver a variation of the following 4 FA topics, dictated by Hampshire FA:

• Introduction To Delivering a Coaching Session (I2CF+)
• How to deliver engaging coaching sessions for 7-11 year olds
• How to deliver engaging coaching sessions for 12-16 year olds
• How to deliver engaging coaching sessions for 17+ year olds

Deliverers will be supported during the season through a variety of quality development interventions, including face to face visits by FA Staff & local coach development planning/review meetings.

Deliverers are expected to attend the briefing call and mid-way check in delivered by the FA.

Minimum Criteria

• UEFA C or above
• Experience in delivering learning & development to adults.
• Safeguarding & Emergency First Aid up to date, DBS checked.
• Min 3 years grassroots football coaching experience.
• FA Casual Coach desirable.

Successful candidates will receive £25 p/h, with an estimated delivery time of 2/3 hours per workshop, inclusive of expenses.
