Following Southampton FC Women’s withdrawal from the competition, Hampshire FA is pleased to reconfirm details for the final of the 2021/22 Hampshire FA Women’s Senior Cup sponsored by Adopt South.
Following Southampton FC Women’s withdrawal, their semi-final opponents, AFC Bournemouth Women, have been reinstated and will face Portsmouth FC Women in the final of the 2022 Hampshire FA Women’s Senior Cup sponsored by Adopt South.

Last year’s final saw a record-high crowd of 1,100 entertained by and end-to-end game between close rivals Portsmouth FC Women and Southampton FC Women. The match finished 1-1 after 90 minutes at Westleigh Park, Havant and the game reached a dramatic climax in the penalty shootout, in which both goalkeepers make good saves, before Southampton FC goalkeeper, Kayla Rendell, rattled the crossbar with the final penalty, handing the victory to Portsmouth.
This year’s final is anticipated to be an equally exciting affair, once again featuring two of the most esteemed clubs in the county.
Portsmouth FC Women are well established in The FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division. Meanwhile, AFC Bournemouth Women sit one division lower in The FA Women's National League Division 1 South West, currently challenging for promotion to join Portsmouth in the third tier of women's football. The meeting of these two teams promises to be a thoroughly entertaining spectacle; an unmissable event for Hampshire's football community.

Gates will open from 6:15PM. Tickets can be purchased as e-tickets via the link above. Or, alternatively, you can purchase tickets from reception at the Silverlake Stadium on the night.
