Hampshire FA is looking for 2 Adult League Development Mentors who will support clubs indicated by our Early Warning System as requiring support.

The mentors will work as a support mechanism to help in a number of different areas such as administration and finance. These mentors will be remunerated at £20 per hour.

This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience within a club committee position and has also been involved in a league in some capacity. It is likely that these mentors are already carrying out these duties on a voluntary basis and this would be a fantastic opportunity for them to pass their wealth of knowledge onto struggling clubs and get paid for their efforts. Depending on applications, mentors will work regionally across the county however this role will be mainly home based, with minimal travel required across their region. It will be down to mentors to liaise with their allocated struggling clubs as to the best method to support whether this will be over email, via phone call or face to face support.

If you think you would be interested in this role then please fill out the information below, once the deadline has passed we will be in touch with successful applicants to have an informal interview which can be done face to face or via the internet.

Closing date for applications is Monday 27th august (5pm), all successful candidates will then receive an invite for an informal interview before the 7th September.
