News From FA Education FA Grassroots Coaching Bursary - Applications OPEN

FA Education are pleased to announce that the FA Grassroots Coaching Bursary is now live and will remain open until 18th September 2017. This is a fantastic opportunity for your female and BAME male coaches to receive funding support towards their FA Level 3 (UEFA B) in Coaching Football course.

The FA Grassroots Coaching Bursary is a funding initiative set up to support our aim of increasing diversity among UEFA B Licence qualified coaches in England.

If you’re a female coach and/or a coach from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background (BAME), these next few pages may be your first steps towards a new chapter in your coach education journey. The bursary is open to anyone with Level 2 coaching who meets the diversity criteria.

MORE INFORMATION

This application is for funding towards The FA Level 3 (UEFA B) in Coaching Football only. Your application is relevant to only this round of funding. The FA Coaching Bursary is very popular. Total applications often exceed the total funding available. Submission of an application should not be considered a guarantee that you will receive a bursary.

The bursary is strictly limited to 100 male and 100 female coaches. The FA’s decision to reward bursaries is final. Unfortunately we cannot provide feedback on funding applications. If you hold your FA Level 2 qualification, the Grassroots Bursary will support you with signing up to The FA Level 3 (UEFA B) in Coaching Football.
