A panel will review all of the nominations put forward and will select one club based on the case put forward in this registration form. Please note that your details will be passed on to Phoenix Sporting Goods for the purposes of this competition and also to keep you updated on opportunities with our partners. Who can enter?
Anyone and everyone involved in a club, one way or another from the parent who takes their child to the club to the groundsman ensuring the upkeep of the pitch. To nominate, simply register your details to also include the club's details and put the case forward. Please ensure this is a strong nomination detailing why that club should receive the x8 free ilites as the stronger the case, the better chance you have.

How to nominate?
Please fully register all of the details on this form. The registration is open from 9th June at 12pm and will close on 6th July at 5pm prompt. The winning club will be contacted on 7th July. Please note if you have not heard from us by the 7th July you have unfortunately been unsuccessful at this time.
