This workshop is aimed at anyone involved in the administration or running of football in Counties, Districts, Leagues and Clubs e.g. administrators at county, district, league and club level; volunteers; parents; coaches; referees; managers and players.
The course aims to make sure your football organisation or club is accessible to everyone from different backgrounds (e.g. women; disabled people) in the community by developing a greater understanding of the needs of ethnic minorities and how you can build better links in order to help make your organisation more accessible to everyone. It supports The FA's strategic goal of developing more players in grassroots football.
