Important information for referees
On 1 July 2009 four Referee Delivery Groups were established, namely: Retention, Recruitment, Assessing & Promotion and Academies as part of the restructuring process of the Hampshire FA Referees Committee. The Referees Committee, at its meeting last night, have agreed that the introduction of Delivery Groups has been highly successful and therefore will continue for Season 2010/11. Those members elected for Season 2010/11 will serve a term of two years, which coincides with current 4 year County Development Plan.
Attached you will find the Delivery Group Application Form and Terms of Reference together with a timeline confirming key dates.
If you feel you have something to offer and would like to apply to be involved in a Delivery Group then please complete and return your application to Brian Le Breton, Hampshire FA, Winklebury Football Complex, Winklebury Way, Basingstoke, RG23 8BF or via email to Brian.LeBreton@HampshireFA.com by 1 JUNE 2010. Your application will then be considered by the Referees Committee on Saturday, 26 June 2010. A CV detailing your involvement in refereeing must accompany this form for your application to be considered.
Please note that existing members must re-apply for membership (with and updated CV).
Referee registration form 2010/2011 season
All referees should be aware that on the current Referee Registration Form 2010/2011 Season, under the section Fees Payable 2010/2011 there is an error: Referees Registration Fee has been duplicated on the manual form.
The cost of Referee Registration for the Season 2010/2011 is £15.00 and NOT £30.00.
Those referees who have sent payments of £30.00 will be contacted directly by the Hampshire FA Referees department.
For those who have already registered with another County FA and only wish to affiliate to Hampshire FA, no fee is required under current FA regulations.
Should any Referee have any questions on this matter, please contact Andy Moisey via email Andy.Moisey@HampshireFA.com or by telephone on (01256) 853010.
